Relay in the clinic

How a clinic network cut triage time in half without adding another screen.

One queue, not five screens

A regional clinic network was running triage across a phone tree, a shared inbox, and a spreadsheet that nobody quite trusted.

Relay sits on the messages they already get. It drafts the first sort, flags what a nurse should see now, and leaves a trail the next shift can read.

Triage time fell by about half in the first six weeks. The part the staff mention is smaller: they stopped retyping the same note into a second system.
