The list we do not skip

A demo can look finished and still be wrong in the way a customer will feel on a Tuesday. Before we ship, we read a short list out loud.

Does the empty state tell the truth. Does the slow case stay readable. Can someone undo the last action without asking us. If a number is on the screen, is it the number we would defend.

The list is not a brand exercise. It is how we decide the work is allowed to leave the building.
